    Bern the idea was silly when we have schools which specialise in Art .The £50.000could have been used for more flowers and Howard ,seating .Shops given money to spruce their shop fronts up .Employ another body to clean up the litter .Ensure notice boards to advertise events are visual .

    One of the things the Silly artists did was to get old people knitting squares ??
    They employ people to come up with silly ideas .Roger ,myself and many other councillors could do more if we were listened to ..Instead we have to bring politics into it and have a debate ,a vote and everyone gets silly and nothing is done .
