  Unfortunately Kieth, your Bingo nights have always fallen on nights when I have been at council, or related, meetings. I trust you are not suggesting that I should shirk these. On the mayoral vote you know full well that we are talking about the discussion and decision being made outside of council with your whip bringing in even those councillors who rarely show up to block vote the decision. All we are saying is that the whole process should take place in full council where the public are welcome to attend and see that it is done, as it should be, openly and for the record.
