  Today on the news it appears a man was walking his dog on ice it broke he fell in the water and has since died.
  
  
  
  The weather looks so nice as a picture
  but at times it can also be so cruel

  Keith. the only water I would walk on in the winter would need to be in Canada or somewhere like that.
  Wasn't he trying to rescue one of his dogs?
