Watching all of these young people going for a paddle in the river makes me cringe, I can't stand to watch it.
Just where they are paddling, over the last few weeks I have seen untold Vodka and wine bottles smashed and thrown into the river.
How long before a parent or child shouts for help and no one is around to stem the bleeding?
