    Phil is right - it is the people we pay to manage it that need to blooming manage it!! And Sue is also right - pick up the phone and get your councillor out! What's that phrase? Something about it only takes good men to do nothing for evil to triumph - well, a bit of rubbish isn't evil but you get the idea!!
