Any one who lives on or uses the Folkestone Road, will see that there is a serious problem with black bags and industrial waste bins.
I have written to Senior Management at DDC for strong leadership on this very issue; 3, sometimes 4 days a week, the Industrial bins are full to overflowing and when overflowing, black bags are all around, split open by seagulls, urban fioxes and I guess the odd drunken idiot.
The bins need to be at the rear of the premises, or at the side and if neither of these are possible, then as close to the house as possible and brought to the pavement edge, either the night before or early on collection day.
It wouldn't be allowed to happen in Deal or Sandwich, why does it happen here ?
Roger
