  Pact has been on nearly every Priory Forum agenda, since it was introduced, but since the first talks nothing has ever come of it, the last meeting we had PACE, I do hope this goes forward and does not become a stalemate, PACE is what we need in this area, and with what seems like a eager team, I think it could achieve much
