You gossip machine must be on go slow this unfortunate news was made public nearly a week ago.
Peter did so much to improve the place so I can't help but feel the owners might have some ulterior motive in getting rid of him. Peter posted the following on March 3rd
"A lot has changed within the last few days, rides will be removed and events will cease to be put on by myself. Eventually I will be moving on to the main high St once I've found a suitable premise. Sadly myself and the owners had a difference in future aspects and I ended up putting in a lot of my money which wasn't backed by them. It's sad to see the impact so quick but I hope people still continue to support the small independent traders within the centre. I had a meeting with the owners today in an attempt to lease the building which failed. I hope whomever takes over the role has the same support from the locals as I have had over the past year because without that we wouldn't have what has so far become. 3 new shops will be opening soon and I hope you will support them. Thank you to everyone for the kind words and messages."
