    I suspect that rather than the price being 'too high' what he really thinks is that with the reduced number of flats his profit margin will be 'too low'?

    At least he was doing it with and taking a risk with his own money. It's when groups like 'Sniffer' Rix's DTC offshoot LoveHoney or whatever he calls it start speculating with OUR money I start to get concerned.
