    It’s quite a walk, even on warm sunny summer’s day, from the bus station in Pencester, across Pencester Gardens, Stembrook car park, past the former Co-op store building (purchased by DDC for?) across Castle Street (watch out for traffic) along Dolphin Passage with its boarded up site of the old cinema/nightclub, to get across the St. James car park to the new Marks & Spencer food store.

    Return trip with bags of food to Pencester will be quite difficult or even impossible for some. Nowhere to sit down in St. James either.

    Bus route to St James needs sorting urgently for those that arrive in Pencester.

    M&S Food opens on Wednesday 16th at 10am.
