    Wrong.

    Each town would have busy yet different High Streets (about 50% of retail space turned in to accommodation) with independent shops offering regional variations of products, adjacent to doctors and dentists and digital start up enterprise hubs alongside coffee shops and food outlets/cafes,restaurants.
