    The problem is that there will be two empty shops in that area.

    Going by my time as an ex volunteer the Age Concern shop will probably end up as flats above the shop area but it will need a lot of money spent on it.

    I wonder if Reg also thinks there are far to many pubs as there are many more places selling alcohol. LOL
