    I see where Ray is coming from.With talk of a unitary authority ,we could see meetings taking place in Dover Town Hall.I think the annual meeting should be held there.This weeks Full Council meeting is packed with questions and I think four motions plus a Question from a member of the public re Lydden Circuit.Certainley an entertaining evening .
