    Also e-mailed the prime minister, minster for transport, Baroness Vere the under secretary responsible for Highways England, DHB, Kent Police Commissioner and as you can see Highways England. This is since April 2015 when they brought Dover TAP.

    Some do not even bother to reply..

    Sadly getting nowhere because Highways England do not care.


    OK. Sorry, Gary, if I was leading your over old ground. So Highways England are the accepted controlling body as far as the location of TAP is concerned?
