  Other sites have been identified and proposed to the DfT. However if this process had been more transparent from the outset and had the DfT, DDC/KCC included the various parishes then a more professional and mature negotiation would have resulted in a more palatable outcome for the whole district. Instead the parishes have been sidelined and this is the sad result. A totally undemocratic process. The engagement process is equally undemocratic and will have a long lasting impact on the area.
