DDC are holding an Extraordinary Council Meeting on Feb 1st to consider the proposed response to the engagement by the DfT on proposals to establish a Border Control Facility at the White Cliffs Business Park.

When I was on the Council I regularly asked why Council debates were not being 'live streamed' as they are by many other councils (the Council of the Isles of Scilly - population 2,153 - has been doing this for years) and always got fobbed off with various excuses.

Surely in the time of Plague, as many of us spend our life at, or watching virtual meetings, DDC should by now have got their act together, especially for a meeting such as this?
