    DDC/KCC should have asked for a signature on the dotted line with a firm commitment from DfT to undertake the road/roundabout improvements before ever supporting the IBF. No use politely asking for assurances which will be ignored.
    Guston PC has written to Ministry of Housing Communities and Local Government requesting a Screening Direction under the Town and Country Planning (Environmental impact Assessment) Regulations 2017. Awaiting the submission documents from the DfT.
    Continue to wait for detailed plans to be revealed.
