Have just seen a traffic warden in Harbourne in Birmingham The three things that differentiated him from those in Dover are as follows,
a. He wasn't off sick
b. He was wearing a full hemet similar to those in Star Wars
c. He was less circumfrencially challenged than the car he was ticketting.
Which brings me to something that puzzles me, how can several of Dover's wardens be so obese, when by the very nature of their job they are continuously walking around which is recommended excercise?
The very nature of my post suggests I have recently been ticketted, but I haven't, merely making truthful observations.
