With all due respect to you Sheila and Im sure you are a good driver ,I do marvel at some of the people who have those Scooters for the disabled .Its right that they should be able to move about the town ,however I saw one on Monday driving on the pavement along by the bridge in Pencester Road .That area is always packed with bus passangers ,The scooter was very large and as big as a small car .Surely there must be a limit on the size .When you are standing on the pavement waiting for a bus you dont expect a scooter of this size to approach you .Why the lady did not go acrooss to the otherside of Pencester words fail me .

Surely she was not expecting it to go on a bus .
