    i know what you are saying marek, totally disagree with you about food labelling though.

    my view is that common sense dictates that we buy fresh stuff and cook it ourself, no chance with the likes of me though.

    obesity and heart disease is caused by us not getting the ratio right.

    eating and exercise!!
    the average general practitioner will confirm that.
