  Yes Sid you are correct in saying that the writ of habeous corpus is the sole remaining clause. The reigning monarch now is above the law and cannot be prosecuted, she represents the law itself and must endorse every new statute that Parliament passes, she is the law. The Queen's judges are her representatives and once appointed cannot be removed very easily and certainly not by Parliament.
