I have posted on my blog about the first serious and unemotional analysis of the new Conservative policy and if it is right this will be far more effective in achieving the aims of all Eurosceptics than a pointless and ineffective post-ratification Treaty. Dont take too much notice of the odd die-hard either, I like Bill Cash and agree with him totally about the EU, but he needs to sit back and be more thoughtful about this. Ultimately its results that count.

Brian - what road exactly are you talking about? Rick and I agree the EU is an undemocratic monster. The only issue of debate between Rick and I and the vast majority of the Conservative Party and supporters is just what is the most effective and practical way to tame the EU beast. DC will be PM after the next election, no serious political observer expects anything different.
