    Sadly it is part of the "me me self I want it so I can have it" culture we have allowed to develop. "I want a drink and I want to shout and get your attention so I will" regardless of how it makes you feel. And there is nothing anyone does about it. The expectations of good behaviour have vanished along with the social sanctions that went with them.
