    I deplore the waste of water. By going on a water meter we have cut the cost by half in the last 2 years as we are careful.
    Hosepipes left on all night - disgusting - people should know better. And to allow leaks and water waste like this !!!
    I guess there will be a hosepipe ban soon if the dry continues.
