Quite right Sid, and corporate systems are especially vulnerable and likely to be specifically targeted for hacking. The major threats, as I understand it, come from email and web browsing, which require human interaction. While there are many software and hardware solutions to protect the machinery it's very difficult to prevent the human element from doing something stupid which practically invites the hackers in. It only takes one email to be opened in error and a system can be infected from within. I know from my own experience how difficult it can be to clear a single PC of an infection, let alone a corporate system.
