    Marek. I have little time to post so all I will say is that much, in fact most, of what you post is not within the powers and responsibilities of KCC to which Nigel is a candidate or DDC where he is already a member. It would be wrong for him to make statements or promises that are not in his power to deliver. Of course of you want platitudes of agreement without any prospect of action then that is easy for anyone to make. I think Nigel is better than that.
