Linda. I would loved to have done that,but I go in a team and our time is always 0600hrs in the morning we go in a van bikes aswell then we are met at the other end a taken home.#
But you must go out in all weathers one year it was raining very hard and head wind and it took me well over 6hours,so you see the sun is not all ways out,and it will help you to get out in the rain and wind so come on girl no exercise bike just get out there,must say it does help if there are two of you,if my knee was better I would come out with you but I hope you do well and PUT ME DOWN FOR £10 it is a very good cause.
