Well no, Howard, I rounded everything up in my post 91.
Britain was on the verge of a collapse, aggressive atheism had attempted to have local Government either renege the Christian Faith or be dragged out of the governing Chamber to prison.

We can only imagine what emergency meetings went on between Police chiefs, the Government, the Clergy and other administrative authorities, including high court judges and top lawyers...and the response came swift from Parliament.

The fact is, Howard, a high court ruling is law unless it is overruled. The Police would have had to be asked to intervene to evict councillors from the chamber for disobeying a high court ruling, as many said they would disobey it.

This was no joke situation! It was extremely serious.

Taking the issue further, if the high court ruling was disobeyed by local Government and the Police, that in itself would have become a precedent for disobedience towards other high court rulings, and we could have had a situation of collapse in society. Unprecedented in our history!

But then, to attempt to abolish the Christian Faith in England was an unprecedented move.
Our Christian Saint George Cross forbade it!

Which is why I wrote on the previous thread at the time, when the issue came up on the Forum, that the Government must overrule the court ruling.
    And this Gov. did!
