I never have done weight watching, when I was boxing my weight was taken before each fight,I do not take stock of what I eat,but I do not have butter anymore and not much salt lots of greens and meat ,do not drink or smoke so I do not know my weight but it is about the same now as when I was fighting or runing etc ,for the ones who can geting out and just lots of walking does help your weight and keeping fit and if you can do running,any ball games, on a bike ,swimming is one if not the best of them all and great fun to. but get out and about less beer etc and your on your way to a long life,but some are ill etc and can not do that.But geting back to the weight machine, I went on a talking one once 3times in the same day, and it did not tell me the same weight on any of the 3 times
