  the emergency services, when asked about a possible disaster in the channel, have made it clear that they are happy with the arrangements they have with margate,ashford and canterbury.
  that did suprise me, but without support from them, forget it.
  we are getting the same people clamouring for a general hospital that were previously demanding wonderful facilities in the DTIZ.
