    Congratulations indeed to Claire - you must be very proud of her Rick.

    So much effort, dedication and pain, but the thought of not letting people down must have seen her through it all. All for a great Charity - St. Catherine's Hospice.

    WELL DONE Claire, really well done.
    I couldn't see you, although I know you gave us ways to track your progress, I spent most of the day working in the garden.

    There were also some local guys who work for Norfolkline running, I wonder how they did; they were running for the Autism charity I believe.

    Put your feet up Claire - for a few weeks !
