  I have attended many of these DHB 'consultative' meetings and they are, as PaulB says, just exercises in PR. The only answers you get are the statements on what they have already decided. I am sure that either Charlie or Gwyn would find it more benificial to be holding meetings at Westminster or in DHB's boardrooms where the real work can be done.
  At public meetings DHB never deviate from their prepared scripts.
