    Having said this, would people want DDC to vacate a purpose built building, purchase a new site and convert to be capable of accomodating hundreds of people/parking all at a cost ?

    I don't want to have to pay to relocate something that doesn't really make a diference to 75% of the population and have to drive into a busy town rather than quieter environs.....!!
