    Yes tried and proven to be pointless. Which is why 80% of local education authorities have got rid of them. It is only the counties with large numbers of middle england (you know, read the Daily Mail, like events that involve bunting, say things like "it's PC gone mad") that still have them, I wonder why...oh yes resistance to change.
