Brian the public transport to River is good and you also can get the bus to Alkham on a Saturday easy.

there are only about 4 buses a day through alkham on the folkestone/dover country route.

Well you only need one each way anyway you can walk it from River as you know I have done it backwards both ways.

definitely no dock rock this year but the rumour is that it will return next year sheli.
