Hi Guys!
I'm new here, so please excuse me if I type something not quite right!
Just wanted to get a general feeling of what people of Dover would think of a professional wheelie bin cleaning service in the Dover/Deal/Sandwich area. We are looking to start a business in the cleaning market, and are currently looking at the costs and benefits of wheelie bin cleaning. To allow you to give your best opinion we would charge £3.50 per bin clean, and this would be discounted to £3 per bin clean for customers block booking their cleans.
Thanks
Greg

Welcome Greg, I used to have this done when I lived in Suffolk, even though I moved back here 8 years ago it was a lot cheaper than £3.50.
Sorry I think I will stick with doing it myself at that price.

I try to be neutral and polite but it is hard and getting even more difficult at times.

welcome greg, not sure if it is a good business plan, i think a few itinerants will go around knocking on doors offering to do it on the cheap cash in hand once summer arrives.
wish you luck if you do go ahead.

Thanks for the feedback guys! This is the idea we had about it not being successful. We've got other ideas that are more workable, like carpet and cleaning under contracts, so Im sure you'll see us around in some form or another by the end of the year! Thanks again

Best wishes with your venture but personally for £3.50 I'll do it myself ( but then I'm tight enough to clean my own car!). Some time ago there was a van going round advertising such a service, but haven't seen it for some time???????????
