    Im still around.Very busy at present ,work been done to kitchen.My younger son was helping then on Wednesday he broke his shoulder bone,so the other son and partner are helping out .I have had a lot of meetings ,however I did go to the .Astor federation prizegiving very enjoyable.On another forum Ive had a lot of stick so most councillors are now not posting.Age Concern have had their kitchen refurbished,looks good.
    Tenant reps have been briefed on Choiced based lettings.
