Yes very good to see The White Horse revive. The new coat of white paint on the outside is looking splendid. I hope they are going to do something about the awful furniture inside, as has often been said on this forum, people dont want to go out for an evening drink to sit in a dump. They had sofas in there which gave off the persona of mouldy delapidation from a bygone era, I think highwayman Dick Turpin might have sat on the same sofa, and trust me thats something they need to get right. People are used to better nowadays...look around at the establishments that are thriving.
But I certainly wish them good luck..as would be sad to see this pub go. We would have spent much more money in there in recent times, on parties and so on, if it hadnt been for the delapidation.
