First of all, Sid, I think we have to declare ourselves 'the independent free state of Dover', put toll booths in and out of Dover across the A2 & A20, then either go up the pub with the proceeds or retire gracefully in our new peaceful haven as all the tourist traffic and freight use Ramsgate or the tunnel instead.
