    Vic, the simplest answer is (cue plenty of derision about the quality of the Express...) you get what you pay for.
    Most media groups use different sales strategies in different areas. In Ashford, KM's Kentish Express has been the established title for years and accounts for the vast majority of sales in the area.
    The free paper we offer in Ashford will have more advertising and less reporters dedicated to the title than, say, the Dover Express or the Folkestone Herald, both of which have been the more established title in their given areas for many years.
