  Two good ideas there Keith .I have asked for these sites to be revisited .I probably speak out of kelter thats the word used against me but I cannot see how councillors with dual roles and on the cabinet can do all the work that is necessary to get results .We have Two cabinet members now serving two councils plus one is our vice chairman .Whilst people like Roger and myself have to fight to get action .Im sure there are other councillors who feel the same .
  
  The whole system now is crazy So many decisions have to go through the cabinet
  
  However in my view some important decisions are delegated and cannot even be called in for scrutiny ..
