  I think there is some over-sensitivity here. Jacqui was very careful not to accuse Vic, but point out previous abuses as one of her reasons for not joining in and suggesting Vic be careful. Jacqui is also right to point out that some fund-raising schemes need a license for DDC.
  
  This is clearly a sensisitve issue and one we all would feel morally bribed to support, but quite frankly, the approach used by Vic has been ill thought through and shambolic to be honest. I wouldn't give a button or do anything to support such a scheme.
  
  As you say Paul, Vic is used to coming up with madcap and hair-brained schemes, this is just another, and should be innured to critisicm, albeit constructive this time.
  
  Andy, you would do well to re-read Jacqui's posting and stop playing the minder for things non-UKIP that Vic gets himself embroiled in.
  
  On a personal note, I only give to the RNLI so please don't bother asking me to donate to other charities.
