    Yes Sue, it wasn't a myth, many Miners and their Families did walk down here from up north and look how they got treated, ostracised and segregated and eventually discarded by the Tories, to bring the unions to heal.
    Or do you mean our brickies, chippies & labourers from up north? This is how the song went:
