  I thought young mothers were entitled to receive Family Allowance and that might account for the trips to the Post Office?
  
  Having spent four years getting Dover Carnival back on it's feet, what I can say for sure, is this. Many, many young girls in Dover are decent, upright, law abiding and socially conscious people. All they lack is opportunity to demonstrate just what good citizens they can be.
  
  It is very unfair to label the majority, in any walk of life or social place, from the actions of one or two.
  
  I suggest the young folks in Dover don't want for much; something to do, employment, opportunity. Our generation has failed to deliver on those three items so we shouldn't be surprised if one or two go off the rails.
