    Great stuff, DT1, re the Market Square's ultra-tedious HD-ready political football...sorry, I meant 'big telly'.

    As for Burlington House, I've always maintained that while the wretched thing is still there (roll on 2035!) we might as well make a virtue of it.

    Beaming adverts onto it has been mooted in the past and I still think that's a good idea. But that snake thing in DT1's post...now something like that would be brilliant.

    Or how about projecting pro-Dover slogans or a bit of humour onto it:

    "Dover - the pride of Kent"

    "Dover - Gateway to England - Bienvenue, Willkommen" etc

    "Welcome to White Cliffs Country"

    "Dover Athletic FC - Hessenthaler's Black and White Army!"

    The words to "Bluebirds..." perhaps or, well, all sorts of things. The only limit is our imaginations.

    Come on, leftfield art-type people - let's have a bit of fun with the ghastly carbuncle.
