Sid Ive made your link LIVE for you there. Dont forget you can always do that by clicking the URL logo in the smilies..then typing between the boxes.
Cant wait for the World Cup to start myself. Ab Fab.
Lots of flags appearing on the cars..and stab me vitals but David Cameron himself, is hoisting a flag over Downing Street for the duration. He announced this in the commons yesterday at PMQ to the sound of rumbustious disbelief and approval. Mixed emotions there, exceedingly hard to manage for most MPs.
Up until the England team lose and then it will be flying half mast. Okay Ermmm Ive made this last bit up of course, as nobody contemplates losing in Downing St..its bad for morale.

Thanks Sid - it gives a good idea of when its best to be out and about and to avoid the tv.
Saturday evening, folks, escape from the boredom of football and come to St Mary's hall for the Hellfire Corner Dance, only £8 (pre-booked - contact me) or £10 on the door. At 7.30pm

BARRYW
You have since I first knew you as that politician 25 years ago stated how much you dislike sport.
I have to agree that TV channels do get taken over by lots of sports, more so week ends.
I'm a sport lover so okay for me, but for those that dont like sport it must be a real pain.
It's okay Keith, the sport haters get to cuddle up and watch reality tv or even soaps!!!! Lat's face it, there's more of that on our screens than sport.

Wall to wall football for the next month - yes please!
And, the cricket one dayers against Australia from June 22nd, then the test series against Pakistan, and amongst all that somewhere is Wimbledon. Oh, and the Open.
If only I could win the lottery, I could give up work and watch it all, every last second of it. Conscience crisis over all this? Nope.
True friends stab you in the front.

I suppose we did have a whole month or so of politics so I should not begrudge sports fans.

david cameron said that he expected all the countries in the union to be supporting england.
that cracked me up.
Me too Howard. The Jocks will never agree to that, so he should make them fly the St George flag over their Government buildings. Imagine; it would put the poll tax riots in the shade!
