    have been told the cost will be £32k, not sure if a rumour or factual.

    Presume this is for H&S and policing.

    If it goes ahead and this is the actual cost then it will fall on the Dover Ratepayers to cough up.

    Far better £32k is spent on keeping the toilets open that benefit tourism.

    Perhaps it is these "ongoing" costs that was the reason Canterbury and other towns rejected the "generous offer" of the big screen.
