    Something I have posted on before, Labours failure to plan properly to ensure that we have enough power....

    "Two years ago......we warned that immediate decisions were needed to allow the construction of new power stations. If not, the lights would go out before the end of the decade. Today we learn that the government's own forecasts include the assumption there will be power cuts before the decade is out..........Meanwhile they have signed up to EU directives which entail closing old power stations before we have the replacements."

    Yet again this Government has failed to make difficult decisions in good time and instead chose to 'plan for power cuts'... Imagine the damage to British businesses from this.

    I really dont think we could ever have had a Government more incompetent than this one. Its serious stuff.
