#75. No maybe about it. It's an absolute certainty. Sorry if the truth is inconvenient to the conscience of some. Having looked up the history of this war memorial has been very interesting and I would just like to know the bit that happens in between the memorial belonging to the people and now belonging to the town council please Keith. As you are a Cllr maybe you have the answer. Also, an answer to the H&S issue please with the fallen crosses. If DTC agree with the H&S nonsense about dangerous wreaths why did they not contact the RBL to discuss danger to pedestrians with the wreaths and crosses? From my visit to the place which resembles a high risk security ward once inside the door, it was very obvious that employees were sat close to windows. Was it a case of I am looking but can't see? With the best will in the world they could not miss a runner in hiviz clothing stepping on to the memorial garden.
One last question, I know it's going off topic slightly but no more than Vic Matcham's security issue, I had to ask a lady passing if she would mind holding my dog's lead while I went inside because a notice made it clear no dogs are permitted inside. However once the " iron curtain " was raised I could see a large whitish very hairy dog. Is one of the employees in need of a guide dog? Because that could be the only ligitimate reason a dog was lying there. I certainly didn't spot anybody with needs like that. I believe 2 ladies and a bearded gent were the only ones there. I look forward to receiving your 3 replies. Thank you.
