Just read an interesting article with regard to single teenage mothers, apparently the cot death charity, The Foundation for the Study of Infant Deaths (FSID), has just launched the UK's first networking site for teenage parents to help give them a sense of being part of a 'club' as well as useful information, as sometimes young mothers feel very isolated. FSID decided to spend resources on this site after consultation with young parents across the country. We read much about the number of single teenage mothers in this country and no matter how we feel about this phenomenon, there's no doubt that these young girls and their sometimes vulnerable babies need all the help and support they can get. If you know a teenage mum you might like to pass on the web address
www.bubbalicicious .co.uk and encourage her to check it out.
